I’m Angie Wiley

I’m a high-performance coach and former collegiate athlete who brings relentless drive and heart to everything I do. With two decades of experience as a top sales leader in the medical device industry and co-owner of a small business with my late husband, Chuck, I’ve seen firsthand the power of mindset under pressure.

After navigating personal loss and rediscovering my purpose, I founded YOU ARE STRONG in 2013—a mindset performance brand that helps athletes and professionals sharpen their mental game and lead with confidence. In 2020, I also launched the Chuck Wiley Athletic Foundation to provide scholarships for young athletes facing adversity.

My signature workshop, Built to Climb, equips teams and leaders to face challenges with grit, consistency, and purpose. I hold a B.S. in Education and Coaching with a minor in Psychology and am a Certified Neuroscience Coach.
