I’m Angie Wiley

I’m a high-performance mindset coach, speaker, and former collegiate athlete who helps professionals strengthen how they think, respond, and perform under pressure.

With over two decades of experience as a top sales leader in the medical device industry—and as a small business owner alongside my late husband, Chuck—I’ve spent my career in high-stakes environments where mindset directly impacts performance.

I founded YOU ARE STRONG in 2013 to help athletes and professionals build confidence, resilience, and consistency through mental training. After navigating personal loss, my work deepened—shaping how I coach, lead, and support others through challenge, pressure, and transition.

Master Your Mindset brings together the same tools I’ve used with professionals, teams, and athletes across the country—focused on emotional control, clarity, and sustainable performance in both work and life.

I hold a B.S. in Education and Coaching with a minor in Psychology and am a Certified Neuroscience Coach.
