WEEK 01

The Power of Your Thoughts

In Week 1, we dive deep into mental training—the secret weapon of elite athletes.

Your athlete will discover how their thoughts shape their performance, confidence, and ability to handle pressure. This is where we break the cycle of negative self-talk and help them build unshakable belief in their potential.

Shift from self-doubt to self-confidence.

WEEK 02

How to Control Your State

Week 2's focus is on controlling the internal energy that drives performance. Athletes will learn how to shift from frustration and doubt to confidence and flow by mastering their state, the combination of their thoughts, emotions, and focus.

 Learn how to recognize when you’re in a low state—and shift out of it fast.
 Discover how to create and maintain high-performance energy, even under pressure.
 Build resilience by mastering your focus and internal self-talk.
 Stop letting mistakes, coaches, or competition control your emotional state.
 
 
Athletes will leave this session equipped with tools to reset their focus, build momentum, and stay grounded during competition. This is the foundation for developing unshakable mental toughness in sports and life.

 

WEEK 03

Performance Visualization
Week 3 is about visualization. Elite athletes don’t just practice physically – they rehearse success mentally. Visualization is the secret weapon that primes your brain for peak performance. This week, we dive into the science and strategy of visualization to help athletes mentally prepare for competition and handle any challenge with confidence.

In week 4, we go beyond athletic performance and dive into what drives you at your core. It’s about discovering your unique strengths, passions, and the blueprint that shapes your belief in what’s possible. When athletes learn to align with their internal guidance system, they unlock confidence, purpose, and the ability to elevate every area of life and sport.
 
 Identify what lights you up – your strengths and passions both on and off the field.
 Rewrite the stories and beliefs that may be limiting your growth.
 Strengthen self-belief and confidence by aligning with your internal guidance.
 Quiet the noise and tap into the power of focus and calm under pressure.

WEEK 05

Create Your Vision
Week 5 is about defining the big picture, the vision for who you want to become, what you want to achieve, and how you want to show up in life and sports. We’re shifting from day-to-day performance to longer-term goals and aspirations. Athletes will learn how to visualize success on a larger scale and craft a vision that fuels motivation and drives consistent action.

→ Create a vision board to keep goals and dreams front and center.
→ Align your focus and daily actions with the long-term vision.

Goals & Game Plan
Week 6 is all about transforming the big-picture vision into clear, actionable goals. Athletes will learn the power of setting focused goals, creating systems to support them, and staying motivated by anchoring into their WHY. This is where the dream becomes a plan.
 
 Gain clarity and focus by setting specific, measurable goals.
 Learn to build systems and habits that drive daily progress.
 Develop resilience by leaning into challenges and seeing failures as part of the process.
 Strengthen confidence and belief through consistent action and visualization.

High Performance Habits
Week 7 focuses on the habits that separate average from exceptional. Athletes will learn how small, daily actions create massive long-term results and how even a 1-degree shift can change their entire trajectory. It’s about living intentionally, staying proactive, and developing habits that drive consistent success.
 
 Understand how habits shape performance and mindset.

 Overcome self-doubt and fear by taking ownership of your path.

I’m Angie Wiley

I'm a high-performance mindset coach, the founder of You Are Strong, and a 4-sport athlete in high school and a former college athlete. So I’ve been where you are… I’ve experienced it.

After college, I transitioned into a successful 30-year career in sales and leadership, where I led high-performing teams. What I realized? The mental game that makes or breaks athletes is the same one that drives success in life and business.

Handling pressure, bouncing back from failure, staying focused under stress—it all comes down to mindset. I’ve faced setbacks, loss, and moments where I questioned if I could keep going.

But every challenge taught me something powerful: your mind is your greatest asset.

I work with athletes from middle school to college, helping them break through mental barriers, find their confidence, and perform at their best. But more than that, I’m someone who has lived the lessons I’m sharing with you today. Whether it's on the field, in business, or in life, mastering your mindset changes everything.

This program is 8 weeks of MENTAL TRAINING.

It’s no different than physical training.


You work out your body at least 5-6 days a week, which creates muscle memory. Your brain is very much like a muscle. So to create change you need mental practice, repetition and a coach. The way you think and how you respond is a habit. It takes a minimum of 60 days to change habits.
